Ingredients

4 cl The Calla 16 Premium Dry Gin – BIO
44% vol. Alc.

20 cl Indian Tonic Water of your choice
(i.e. Thomas Henry Tonic Water, Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water, Goldberg Tonic Water,
Schweppes Indian Tonic Water)

1 large lemon zest & ice cubes

Preparation

Fill large ice cubes, preferably in a copa or tumbler glass. First pour in gin, then carefully fill up with pre-chilled tonic water. Break the lemon zest over the glass and add to the glass.
