4 cl The Calla 16 Premium Dry Gin – BIO
44% vol. Alc.
20 cl Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic Water
1 Lavender Blossom
Lemon thyme & ice cubes
Preparation
Wash the lavender blossom and lemon thyme and pat dry.
Cover both with large ice cubes, preferably in a copa or tumbler glass.
First pour in gin, then carefully fill up with pre-chilled tonic water.
