Ingredients
6 cl The Calla 16 Premium Dry Gin – BIO
44% vol. Alc.
3 cl fresh lemon juice
3 cl tonic thyme syrup
1 Lavender flower
1 large orange zest
Lemon Thyme
Soda & Ice Cubes
Preparation
Put plenty of large ice cubes in a shaker. Add gin, lemon juice and syrup and shake well. Carefully pour into a tumbler glass and top up with a little chilled soda as needed. Break the orange zest over the glass and place in the glass. Garnish with lavender blossom and flamed lemon thyme.
